Fredy Massamba was interviewed by Africa Review a few weeks ago regarding his experience growing as a musician between the two music worlds of Kinshasa and Brazzaville.

Massamba on his own style :“My style is Afro Soul, which is fresh because the language of the music is either Lingala, Kikongo or Swahili, and the rhythm combines American R & B with traditional music.”
